Phone number — provided automatically via WhatsApp when you message us
Display name — your WhatsApp profile name
Messages — text and voice messages you send to the service
Order data — items ordered, tab totals, and table assignments
Voice transcriptions — if you send voice messages, they are transcribed to text

3. How We Use Your Information

To process your orders and manage your tab
To provide conversational AI assistance
To improve service quality and accuracy
To maintain conversation context during your visit

4. Data Processing

Messages are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate responses. Voice messages are transcribed using OpenAI's Whisper service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for the duration of your visit and for a reasonable period afterward for service improvement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information.

You have the right to:

Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to processing of your data
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. WhatsApp

Our service operates through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
